- Hotel Bergs has been nominated for Best Luxury Hotel in Latvia by the UK’s magazine Business Destinations in its Third Annual “Travel Awards” for 2010.
- Hotel Bergs was among finalists in the category Best Luxury Boutique Hotel organized by "World Luxury Hotel Awards 2009".
- Hotel Bergs has been nominated for the Leading Hotel in Latvia by World Travel Awards 2009.
- Hotel Bergs has been awarded as the “Best Luxury Hotel in Latvia" by the UK’s magazine Business Destinations in its “Travel Awards 2009”.
- Hotel Bergs has been nominated for the "2009 Condé Nast Johansens Most Excellent Hotel for Design & Innovation" Award.

- In the European Regional Tourism Institute organized quest - „PERSON OF THE YEAR IN TOURISM” director of Hotel Bergs Mrs. Iveta Sprudza received the award „PERSON OF THE YEAR IN HOSPITALITY BUSINESS” on December 2007.
- The UK’s issue Tatler’s Travel Guide 2005 included Hotel Bergs among the Top 10 boutique hotels worldwide.
- The American magazine Condé Nast TRAVELER in its “Hot List 2004” featured the Hotel Bergs among the 100 best new hotels worldwide in 2004.
- The Latvian Chamber of Architecture awarded Mrs. Zaiga Gaile, the architect of the Hotel Bergs, with the top prize 2003 for the interior design.
- The Latvian Builders Association assigned to the contractors of the Hotel Bergs, SIA “PKE”, the prize for “The Best Building 2003” in the category “Reconstruction”.
Restaurant Bergs
- In 2009 the Bergs restaurant was voted among the Top 50 Best European Restaurants by nearly 50 000 friends of great food from all around the world.
- In December, 2008 the Bergs restaurant received the 2nd place in the list of Latvia’s 50 best restaurants,
created by Latvia’s top restaurant guide „Kurs Uzsauks” in
collaboration with more than 200 experts of the restaurant and
catering industry.
- The World Association of Chefs′ Societies at the Global Chef’s Challenge finals for Northern Europe in 2007 awarded the chef of the Bergs restaurant, Kaspars Jansons, with the 8th place and with a special prize for the best choice of wine to accomp any the taste bouquet for the meal prepared.
